I work from different therapeutic approaches to help clients find their own intentions, resources and strengths.

At my practice, I welcome all individuals and clients, regardless of, and in celebration of, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, immigration status, religious affiliation, relationship expression.

Trail Talk

Trail Talk is a unique way of experiencing therapy, combining the benefits of individual talk therapy and the healing impact of nature and movement.  I meet with clients on local trails, where we walk and talk while joined sometimes by sounds of birds, winds, creeks, and rain. While participating in Trail Talk, clients set the pace.  So there are days when the walking is brisk and the talking is lively; and days when the walking is a stroll and the talk is relaxed.  

Exercise has been proven to positively impact symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress.  Movement of any form can increase mood and encourage self-reflection and empowerment.  Trail Talk is good for you physically, and mentally.
